We enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby and appreciated the daily towel and water refresh. the bathroom could use better cleanliness, and we faced some water pressure issues. it was a comfortable family experience, with nearby attractions like the Imperial Palace and Kabuki-za adding to our adventure.
